At Jaydiz, we’re committed to delivering your made-to-order 2D apparel quickly and reliably across the United States. All items are printed and prepared fresh for each order to ensure the highest quality. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about getting your package.


Shipping Areas

We proudly ship to all residential and business addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order Processing Time

Since every item is made to order, we take time to print and prepare your apparel with care.

Processing time: 1–2 business days

This timeframe starts once your payment is confirmed and does not include transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once processing is complete, your order is handed to our trusted shipping carrier.

  • Transit time: 4–7 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–9 business days from the date you place your order

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, or peak seasons. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on every order
  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside the USA

Shipping fees are non-refundable except when an error on our part requires a replacement or refund.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

You can also view your order status at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, returned packages, or lost items caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable addresses.

If you notice an address error right after placing your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update it before production begins.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check around your property, with neighbors, roommates, or your building’s front desk or mailroom.
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for more details.
  • Reach out to us if the issue persists, we’ll do our best to help.

Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost if there’s no tracking movement for an extended period or if the carrier confirms it as lost.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and determine the next steps based on their findings and our policies.

Shipping Delays

Delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Carrier backlogs or operational issues
  • Holidays and high-volume shopping periods

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your order.

Billing & Address Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Your billing address should match the address on file with your payment method. Mismatches may trigger additional verification, which can delay processing.

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and current state regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if billing or shipping information cannot be verified.

We partner with reputable U.S. carriers for all shipments. Once your order is handed to the carrier, their terms and conditions apply to the delivery.

We are not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
