1. Accepted Payment Methods
To provide a secure and familiar checkout experience, Jaydiz accepts payments exclusively through PayPal. You can complete your purchase using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or your preferred debit or credit card.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout easily using PayPal Guest Checkout. Simply select the PayPal option at checkout and look for the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button. This allows you to use your card securely without needing to sign up for a PayPal account.
2. When Your Card Is Charged
Because all of our apparel products are made-to-order, your payment is processed immediately at the time of checkout. This ensures that your order enters our production queue without delay. When you place an order, you may initially see a “pending authorization” on your statement; this is a standard banking practice to confirm funds are available before the final charge is settled by PayPal.
3. Secure Payment Processing
We take your financial security seriously. All transactions are handled by PayPal, which is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to ensure your data is transferred securely. Please note that Jaydiz does not see, access, or store your credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
4. Billing Details & Fraud Protection
To prevent unauthorized transactions, PayPal performs standard security checks, including Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) checks. In some cases, an order may be placed on a temporary hold for manual verification to protect your account. If this happens, we will reach out to you to confirm the details before moving your order into production.
5. Currency & Taxes
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from a state where we are required to collect sales tax, the appropriate tax amount will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
6. Refunds
When a refund is approved according to our policies, it is issued directly back to the original PayPal payment method used. If you paid via PayPal balance, the funds are usually available immediately. If you paid via a card through PayPal Guest Checkout, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. 7. Payment Issues or Disputes
If your payment is declined, please verify that your billing address matches the information on file with your bank or try an alternative card through the PayPal gateway. If you notice a duplicate charge, please contact us at support@jaydiz.com immediately so we can resolve the error and issue a correction promptly.
8. Recurring / Subscription Payments
Jaydiz does not offer subscription-based services or recurring billing. Every purchase you make on our site is a one-time transaction for the specific items you have ordered.
9. Third-Party Payment Services
We do not currently accept other third-party payment platforms such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or “buy now, pay later” services like Klarna. All transactions must be completed through our secure PayPal portal.
10. Chargebacks & Dispute Handling
We value our customers and strive to resolve any issues fairly and quickly. We encourage you to contact our support team at support@jaydiz.com before filing a formal dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your bank. This allows us to work with you directly to find a solution based on our store policies.
11. Refund Timing vs Payment Timing
While payments are captured instantly to begin the made-to-order production process, refunds are subject to the processing speeds of the global banking system. While we initiate approved refunds immediately, the “return” of funds to your account is managed by PayPal and your bank, which may take several business days.
12. Deposits / Partial Payments
We do not accept partial payments or deposits. To initiate the production of your made-to-order apparel, full payment must be received at the time of checkout.
13. Authorization Hold Explanation
An authorization hold is a temporary hold on your funds that occurs when you place an order. It is not a double charge. If an order is canceled shortly after purchase (before production begins), this hold will be released by PayPal, though it may take 3–5 business days to disappear from your statement.
14. Relationship to Return & Refund Policy
This Payment Policy outlines how we handle your transaction data and billing. However, all questions regarding refund eligibility, damaged items, or production errors are governed solely by our Return & Refund Policy, which serves as the source of truth for all post-purchase resolution requests.
